Lund Elmer Sandager’s group is headed by Michael Møller Nielsen, who advised Baresso Coffee on negotiating new collective bargaining agreements following its acquisition by JAB Holding Company. Other clients include Ryanair and OSM Aviation.

Michael Møller Nielsen heads the employment department. He assists in all types of employment law challenges including executive employment contracts, matters relating to collective agreements, anti-competitive agreements and individual employments.

Michael has written several publications on employment law matters, and he teaches at Copenhagen Business School as an external lecturer. 

In addition, Michael has extensive experience in relation to the personal data protection law, the marketing law and business transfers.
