Nicolai Fløe Jørgensen

Nicolai is a Corporate/M&A attorney specialising in mergers and acquisitions. 

He is an experienced attorney who primarily works with M&A and investments, private equity, and corporate matters. He also provides advice on restructurings, trust and foundation law, and contracts.

In addition to his practical experience, Nicolai is actively involved in the business community. He serves on the boards of several companies and is a member of the Legal Committee of the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
