David Frølich specializes in corporate affairs with a core focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as investments - particularly for international clients. 

David has profound experience with management, transactions and restructuring law, but he also advises on intellectual property rights, marketing law, M&A, contract law, and compettition law.

As a trusted advisor for a variety of  Danish companies, David advises on investments, corporate law and disputes outside Denmark through his extensive international network.

David’s clients are both Danish and international companies of all sizes ranging from subsidiaries to large global corporations as well as Danish founded companies with a strong international presence.
