About the speakers

Michael Møller Nielsen is attorney and heads the employment law department at Lund Elmer Sandager law firm. Michael is specialized in all matters pertaining to employment law challenges including individual employments, business immigration and disputes. He usually assists employers and has thorough knowledge of the challenges and concerns which Danish employers have in relation to foreign employees.

Michael will share his insights as well as useful dos and don'ts for foreigners on the Danish labour market.   

Anita S. Ehrhardt is a certified career coach and communications specialist. Before settling in Denmark, Anita began her career in Washington, DC and New York City in the field of Media and Advertising. She has spent the last 15 years in Copenhagen working in Communications and Human Resources, both with private Danish companies and the United Nations, specifically UNICEF. Most recently, Anita’s focus has been in Strategic Recruitment for International Professionals, Performance Management and Organizational Development - with a passion for maximizing employee potential as well as diversity in the workplace.

Anita will address 'Getting a job in Denmark as a foreigner' from the HR and Recruitment perspective.
