Lund Elmer Sandager advises the sellers of ZONITH A/S on the strategic sale to Main Capital Partners-backed Senire
Established in 2000 and headquartered in Copenhagen, ZONITH provides innovative staff safety solutions that integrate wireless indoor positioning, GPS tracking, and smartphone applications to protect employees from workplace threats and violence. While ZONITH has a strong presence in Denmark, it has been expanding into Norway, Sweden, and other European markets.
Sensire, founded in 2001 and based in Finland, designs and implements solutions for temperature-controlled logistics, serving industries such as food services and healthcare. Their expertise includes real-time remote monitoring of environmental conditions to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
The acquisition will expand Sensire’s product suite by integrating ZONITH’s staff safety solutions, enhancing its value proposition for both new and existing clients. This strategic move strengthens Sensire’s competitive position in the HSEQ market by opening new market opportunities with comprehensive offering to customers.
Lund Elmer Sandager’s M&A team was led by Partner Sebastian Rungby and also included Assistant Attorney Camilla Martinsen.
