Lund Elmer Sandager represents HomeCharge in the sale to Verdo
Founded in 2019, HomeCharge has rapidly expanded from a startup to become Denmark's second-largest charging operator for housing associations and the sixth largest for private households. The company has thousands of installations across the country and access to a network of over 300,000 public charging stations.
Verdo develops green energy plants and provides energy supply services both in Denmark and internationally. As one of Europe’s leading suppliers of sustainable, certified biomass for the industrial sector and district heating plants, Verdo continues to expand its green initiatives.
With the sale to Verdo, HomeCharge will be part of a company with more than 100,000 customers, 550 employees, and a revenue of DKK 2.4 billion. This sale marks a significant milestone, empowering HomeCharge to continue delivering innovative and sustainable EV charging solutions while improving accessibility and efficiency for customers and partners.
