Solteq Plc has purchased the entire share capital of TM United A/S
The Finnish listed company Solteq Plc has agreed to purchase the entire share capital of TM United A/S. Lund Elmer Sandager´s Partner Peter Sørensen, Partner Jacob Roesen and Attorney Sebastian Rungby advised the seller.
