Mendole A/S signs agreement to acquire Rebo A/S

Rebo A/S is a well-established provider of plumbing, renovation and relining services, employing 73 people and generating annual revenue of approximately DKK 143 million.

Mendole is a leading provider of installation and technical services for commercial and industrial properties in Denmark. The company currently operates within roofing and roof maintenance, energy services, electrical installations and LED lighting solutions, while actively expanding into plumbing, ventilation and green energy services. With more than 85 employees, Mendole is executing an ambitious growth strategy aimed at strengthening its position in Denmark before expanding further across the Nordic region.

Upon completion, the acquisition will mark another important milestone in Mendole's buy-and-build strategy to consolidate the Danish market for technical property services. On a pro forma basis, the transaction is expected to increase Mendole's expected 2026 revenue to DKK 300–350 million.
