Lund Elmer Sandager has been invited to contribute with a chapter on Danish labour and employment law to the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Employment and Labour Law 2021, which has just been published. The article provides updated insights into the Danish legal employment environment for the ICGL guide which covers cross-border insights of employment law in 35 jurisdictions.
