Rockfon, who is part of the ROCKWOOL Group, is a global market leader within acoustics, and Akuart A/S specializes in designing innovative and effective acoustic solutions for all types of interior designs or spaces. As part of the new partnership, Rockfon has acquired a minority stake in Akuart A/S.

The pan-European private equity firm, Agilitas, signs agreement to acquire TenCate Advanced Armour Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries, a global leading manufacturer of lightweight protection solutions for land vehicles, aircraft, naval vessels and personal protection. TenCate Advanced Armour develops, tests and manufactures armour products in its facilities in Denmark, France and the US.

Cibicom A/S, who is an independent leading network operator and Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Denmark, has strengthened its market position with the purchase of Net1 who is the Danish subsidiary of the ICE Group. With the purchase of Net1, Cibicom will now be operating and controlling the Danish 4G/LTE network.

G9 has strong market positions within its product areas and works directly with customers in direct channels, architects’ offices, park management and municipalities.
