Lund Elmer Sandager strengthens its partnership with two new partners from its own ranks

Sebastian and Torsten have both been in Lund Elmer Sandager for more than six years, and most recently in the role of Associate Partners, and have during the period built up a strong client base, specialized further in key business areas and contributed to positive further development of Lund Elmer Sandager.

Sebastian advises national and international companies in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company law, commercial contracts, advising on start-ups and capital injections. He holds a master’s degree in law from Aarhus University from 2012 and joined Lund Elmer Sandager in 2016 as an Attorney from Magnusson law firm.

Torsten is a certified IT Attorney and advisor on GDPR, personal data, IT law, marketing law and compliance. In addition, Torsten is the head of Lund Elmer Sandager’s personal data network. Torsten started his career in Bech-Bruun, where he became an Assistant Attorney after graduating in 1994. Since then, Torsten has been an in-house attorney in Damgaard Data, Microsoft, Navision, and CA Technologies before joining Lund Elmer Sandager as an Attorney in 2015.

We plan to mark the expansion of the partner circle with a reception for all clients and business partners later in 2022.
