Pedram Moghaddam

Pedram is partner and attorney in our Real Estate and Construction team. He is highly specialized in the construction and infrastructure sector with 20 years of experience advising industry stakeholders on construction law, public procurement, and dispute resolution.

With a strong background in litigation and arbitration, Pedram advises both developers and contractors on complex construction projects. His extensive network and broad client portfolio include public and private developers as well as Danish and international contractors.

Pedram provides legal advice on construction and procurement law at all stages of a project – from initial strategy and contract negotiation to dispute resolution. He has extensive experience handling disputes before The Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, The Danish Institute of Arbitration, and the courts, including fast-track decisions, expert assessments, mediation, arbitration, and adjudication.

As an arbitration judge and experienced lecturer, Pedram has developed a certification program in construction law under the AB 18 system and a diploma degree in ICT management through which he has trained thousands of professionals in the construction industry. He frequently conducts courses and lectures on construction law for industry stakeholders.
