About Thomas
Thomas is a partner in our EU and competition law team. He typically advises large, international corporations on EU-based law. He is both highly specialized and broadly oriented, recognized as a top attorney in his field, handling some of the largest and most complex cases.
With a combination of passion, business knowhow, and deep legal expertise in competition law, procurement law, EU law, and IP law, Thomas delivers advice to his clients at the highest level.
Thomas has particular experience in regulatory matters within life sciences, healthtech, food, capital markets, and financial services. He has led complex negotiations with authorities, handled numerous high-profile court cases before the European Court of Justice as well as all Danish courts and complaints boards, and has also represented the European Commission in cases against the Kingdom of Denmark before the European courts.
Thomas is recognized by various ranking agencies as a leading specialist in his field. Notably, in 2016, he became the youngest Danish attorney to be accepted into Legal 500’s Hall of Fame in the category of 'EU, Competition and Public Procurement'.
