Get a subsidy for the protection of IP rights as SME
Are you an SME and do you need to protect your trademark, patent or design? Then there is help to get as the EU’s Ideas Powered for Business SME fund opens for applications on 23 January 2023.
The SME Fund has been launched to support SME companies in the EU by subsidizing application feeds for trademarks, designs and patents. In practical terms, the way it works is that the fund can refund up to 75% of the application fee for trademarks and designs. There is therefore a significant saving on application costs.
The fund’s funds are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, you have to act quickly if you want to take advantage of the opportunity.
