Lund Elmer Sandager advises Danoffice IT ApS on the acquisition of Conecto A/S
Agilitas-backed Danoffice IT has entered an agreement to acquire Conecto, a successful, Danish IT company. Danoffice IT will take over Conecto's existing portfolio, customers, and 60 employees in Denmark.
Danoffice IT is a renowned global distributor of IT-based solutions, catering to international companies, aid agencies, and large to medium-sized enterprises, both within Denmark and across borders. Conecto was founded in 2009 and is leading Danish IT service and consulting firm.
The acquisition of Conecto A/S aligns with Danoffice IT's market position and growth strategy, bolstering its presence in the private and public sectors.
The final completion of the transaction is subject to approval of the Danish Competition Authority.
