Lund Elmer Sandager advises Lagercrantz Group AB on the acquisition of MT Miljøteknik ApS
The Swedish technology group Lagercrantz Group AB has acquired the Danish company MT Miljøteknik ApS, which develops and manufactures technical solutions for water supply systems.
MT Miljøteknik is based in Søndersø on the island of Funen, Denmark, and supplies products such as covers, locking devices, safety grates, and ventilation solutions, primarily for freshwater distribution networks, with municipal utility companies as a key customer segment.
Lagercrantz Group AB currently comprises around 80 companies and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
