Simple Solution IT A/S has acquired Infowise Services ApS, strengthening its position in the Danish IT market and expanding its capabilities across IT operations, cybersecurity and cloud solutions.

Infowise Services is a Danish IT company based on Funen, providing IT solutions to businesses and antenna associations across Denmark. The company offers services within IT infrastructure, managed IT operations, cybersecurity and modern workplace solutions, and acts as an outsourced IT department for a number of its clients. Infowise Services also has strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Simple Solution IT is part of Simple Agency Group, which has completed a number of acquisitions within IT and digital solutions in recent years. Simple Solution IT provides a broad range of services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT outsourcing, Microsoft 365, hosting and support.

The acquisition of Infowise Services further strengthens Simple Solution IT’s capabilities and presence in the Danish IT market and adds another established IT company to the group.
