Lund Elmer Sandager assists the owners of Scott/Tiger with the sale to IT Relation

On 22 January 2020, the transaction between the owners of Scott/Tiger and IT Relation was satisfyingly closed with the purpose of creating a new constellation between Scott/Tiger and Miracle42 which IT Relation bought in August 2019.

In a recent press release, the parties inform that the purpose of the transaction is to combine Scott/Tiger and Miracle42 and create a strong market player within IT services. Today, Scott/Tiger is a market leader within Oracle Managed Services, Test, Test Management and QA, while Miracle42 is leading within Application Services and Managed Services.

The constellation between Scott/Tiger and Miracle42 enables the companies to offer an even wider range of IT services to its customer base, which include companies within sectors as life science, finance and the public sector but also other large companies.
