New chairman of the board in Lund Elmer Sandager after 34 years
With the election at last weekend’s general meeting, the current Chairman of the Board Carsten Brink will resign from the Board and pass on the baton after 34 years as the Chairman with continuous growth on all parameters.
“It has been an absolute pleasure to have been the anchorperson on our growth and professionalisation journey for several, from when we were just over 10 employees to now more than 110 employees,” says the retiring chairman, that now leaves the responsibility to Linea and the rest of the Board of Directors.
Ambitions for a strengthened market position and a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing employees.
“It is with great pleasure that we take the next step in our planned strategy, which naturally also involves a generational change in the chairmanship. There is something to live up to, but we are in a really good place with a well-functioning board, which together with our CEO, Peter Mejlby and the rest of the partners looks forward to running Lund Elmer Sandager further, “ says the new chairman Linea R. Conforti on her new position.
Linea is certainly not an unfamiliar face at Lund Elmer Sandager. Linea started as an assistant attorney in 1999 and been with the company since. Linea is highly specialized in company law and financing, and she advises both Danish and large international companies. In addition, Linea serves on many boards and has a solid international outlook, including as a representative of Lund Elmer Sandager in the international outlook, including as a representative of Lund Elmer Sandager in the international law network Lexwork. Linea is also passionate about shaping the legal profession of the future so that it fits better into the modern way of life for both clients and employees. For this reason, she has initiated the LES Women Academy, where the focus is on the retention and development of female attorneys.

Partner with special business development profile joins as a new board member
Partner Christian Petri also joins the Board of Directors and brings with him solid experience with advising in business law to companies with a strong focus on restructuring, reconstruction, and M&A. He also has many years of experience with strategy and business development through a wide range of board roles. Christian has been part of the partner circle since 2018.
