About Pernille
Pernille is one of the Denmark’s most experienced and leading insolvency attorneys. She has handled some of the largest bankruptcy estates and advised on the most complex restructurings.
Her extensive experience and expertise mean that she is often chosen to manage the most challenging cases in Denmark, including the bankruptcy estates of Sterling Airways, Arnold Busck, and OW Bunker – the latter being he largest bankruptcy in modern Danish history.
Pernille has been a permanent trustee at the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court’s Probate Division since the mid-1990s. She has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and has conducted several landmark cases related to bankrupt and insolvent companies since 1988. Additionally, she has served as a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society’s Council and the Board of the 1st Circuit.

She has achieved top-tier rankings and is recognized as a leading expert in the field.
