Lagercrantz Group AB acquires G9 Landskab, Park & Byrum including Came Denmark. G9 develops, designs and supplies products for park and urban environments including products such as automatic height-adjustable bollards and barriers and products for water and wetlands. G9 has strong market positions within its product areas and works directly with customers in direct channels, architects’ offices, park management and municipalities.
Lund Elmer Sandager assisted the Swedish listed Lagercrantz Group with the acquisition of G9 and Came Denmark.
