Lund Elmer Sandager advises Agilitas-backed Aeven on the acquisition of Sentia

Aeven, backed by the pan-European private equity firm Agilitas, provides leading digital solutions – including hybrid, public, and private cloud, infrastructure operations management, cybersecurity, and SAP – to some of the largest private and public institutions in Denmark. Headquartered in Søborg, Aeven employs approximately 1,400 people across Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines and has two fully owned data centers located in the Copenhagen area.

Sentia designs, develops and manages complex and critical application landscapes for the cloud. Sentia’s Danish operations, solutions portfolio, client relations and 200 employees will become part of Aeven.

The transaction is subject to approval from the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Lund Elmer Sandager has advised in the transaction as legal advisor on the buy-side. The team was led by Partner Jacob Roesen. The core team included Partner Torsten Hylleberg, Partner Sebastian Rungby, Associate Partner Julie Flindt Rasmussen, Assistant Attorney Camilla Martinsen and Assistant Attorney Louise Janholm Kristensen.
