Lund Elmer Sandager advises Diginex on the acquisition of Matter

Headquartered in London, Diginex develops technology-driven solutions that streamline ESG and supply chain reporting. Its award-winning platform supports multiple global frameworks, enabling businesses and governments to collect, evaluate, and communicate sustainability data with transparency and efficiency.

Matter, based in Copenhagen, provides advanced ESG data and benchmarking tools that help financial institutions and corporates evaluate sustainability performance and report their impact more effectively. 

As part of the agreement, Diginex will acquire all shares in Matter in a USD 13 million all-share transaction, with consideration settled in newly issued Diginex shares.

The agreement was signed on 27 May 2025 and has now been completed.

Through this acquisition, Diginex broadens its global ESG capabilities, integrating advanced data and AI-powered analytics to deliver more comprehensive sustainability solutions to clients worldwide.
