Lund Elmer Sandager advises DKT A/S in relation to the sale to BTV Multimedia GmbH

With the sale, DKT A/S has become a part of the German BTV Multimedia GmbH, which is owned by the oldest equity fund in Germany, the listed Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. With its international set-up, DKT A/S will contribute to the group’s overall growth on the international market.

DKT A/S is a Danish manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience in the cable TV industry. Through its subsidiary, Teledan-Witronic A/S, DKT A/S is supplier for installers and private networks of high quality products within digital receiving and distribution technology in Denmark, but also has activities in large parts of Europe and in Hong Kong. In addition to the acquisition of DKT A/S, BTV Multimedia GmbH has recently become the parent company of several companies, including Braun TeleCom GmbH and Anedis GmbH. BTV Multimedia GmbH expects further acquisitions and exponential growth in the industry. 

The transaction is currently signed, while the closing is expected within the near future. Lund Elmer Sanger's Partner, Attorney Nicolai Fløe Jørgensen and Partner, Attorney Philip Baruch have been responsible for the transaction.
