IT Forum Gruppen A/S, backed by leading European software and IT private equity buy-out firm, VIA Equity, has more than 30 years of experience in providing IT solutions to businesses in Denmark consisting of more than 140 employees, and has built its reputation on integrity, close customer relationships, and reliable service. The acquisition reinforces this commitment as both companies share same core values and approach to the market.
