Lund Elmer Sandager advises SERWIZ in the purchase of ALLIANCE+

The facility management company SERWIZ buys ALLIANCE+ and creates one of the largest Danish facility management companies with tailored facility solutions for the Danish market with a focus on digitalisation and sustainable transformation.

SERWIZ IS A Danish facility management company that, among other things, offers cleaning and canteen management. SERWIZ has roots dating back to 1997 and has more than 600 employees, and last year had a turnover of DKK 373 million.

ALLIANCE+ supplies facility solutions throughout the Nordics to some of the largest companies as well as retail chains, shops, hotels, and the public sector.

With the acquisition, the new group employs more than 2,400 employees in Denmark, and SERWIZ will now become a significant player in the Danish facility management market with a turnover close to DKK 1 billion.

Lund Elmer Sandager’s team consisted of Partner Nicolai Fløe Jørgensen, Attorney Julie Flindt Rasmussen, Attorney Denise Gosch and Attorney Camilla Ikast Jessen.

The deal is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
