Lund Elmer Sandager assists Danoffice IT with the acquisition of Edgemo A/S
Danoffice IT ApS is a global distributor of IT-based solutions for international companies and aid agencies with activities across national borders as well as for large and medium-sized companies in Denmark. With the acquisition of edgemo A/S, which in Denmark is a leading supplier of IT infrastructure to the business world and the public sector, Danoffice IT strengthens its Danish activities.
The final completion of the transaction is subject to approval of the Danish Competition Authority.
