Lund Elmer Sandager advises AquaGreen in yet another investment round
Lund Elmer Sandager’s M&A team, led by Partner Jacob Roesen, represented AquaGreen ApS in connection with an investment round led by Impagt Invest Sjælland.
AquaGreen was founded in 2014 and is a Danish clean tech company who has developed technology for thermal treatment of sludge from wastewater treatment plants and the aquaculture industry. AquaGreen received its first capital injection in Q1 of 2021 and has grown from 5 to 30 employees in the last two years.
