Unisport-Saltex, backed by private equity firm Vaaka Partners, consists of Kerko Group Oy, Unisport Scandinavia AS, Unisport Scandinavia ApS and Unisport Sverige AB (“Unisport”). 

Unisport is a leading provider of indoor sports facilities and sports equipment in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Unisport’s management team will continue in their current roles and co-invest alongside Accent Equity.

Since 1994, Accent Equity has invested in Nordic private companies, helping them grow into Nordic, European and global leaders. Through their hands-on approach, they aim to create sustainable growth and superior returns.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
