Lund Elmer Sandager’s deal team led by partner Sebastian Rungby has assisted GLX ANALYTIX and its shareholders, including founder Brian DellaValle, in connection with an investment round led by Silicon Valley-based health-tech impact fund DigitalDx Ventures.
GLX ANALYTIX is a Danish award-winning start-up whose proprietary technology combines with a new class of biomarkers with AI technology to improve personalized healthcare and to diagnose patients earlier.
Additional investors included Danish Vækstfonden and the Swedish med-tech venture capital investor, CBC Investment Group AB.
