Lund Elmer Sandager represents Moment in the purchase of GoWork

Ever since Moment was sold to the private equity fund Axcel at the beginning of 2021, Moment has acquired several temp agencies such as Protemp and Xterna. Now the Funen temp and recruitment agency GoWork has also become part of Moment.

Moment was founded in 1997 and today the company have departments in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and is one of the Nordics’ leading temp agencies. In 2021, the company had a turnover of approx. DKK 2.5 billion.

Since its start-up in 2012, GoWork has successfully supplied temps to several industries, including customer service, economics, finance, storage and production, which fits in well with Moment’s activities.

With the strategic acquisition Moment continues to move towards its goal of becoming the market leader in the supply of flexible labour throughout the Nordics.
