Lund Elmer Sandager represents Presto Group in the acquisition of SafetyGroup
The highly M&A active Swedish Presto Group, backed by Adelis Equity Partners, has acquired Danish SafetyGroup ApS to bolster its presence on the Danish market.
Presto Group is a leading fire protection and safety training company in Europe and has earlier in 2023 acquired Danish First-8. SafetyGroup is a Danish company that offers defibrillators (AEDs) and education in life support to companies and organisations in Denmark. With the acquisitions, Presto aims to contribute to raising the industry standard in both Denmark and Europe.
