Lund Elmer Sandager represents Rebellion AB in the purchase of Karlsvognen A/S
Karlsvognen was founded by Lennart Holm Pedersen in 2000 and is one of Denmark’s leading providers of mobile light vehicles with a strong foothold in the construction and insurance industry.
Rebellion is a Swedish-based, long-term owner and developer of small and medium-sized businesses in various industries. Rebellion’s ambition is to build an industrial group consisting of market-leading niche companies with robust cash flows and sustainable growth potential.
With the acquisition, Rebellion enters the Danish market and look forward to work with the management at Karlsvognen to develop the company even further.
