Lund Elmer Sandager represents Swedish NIBE Industrier AB in the acquisition of LS Control A/S

NIBE Industrier AB, a Swedish listed company, has acquired 70% of the shares in LS Control A/S, a Danish company that develops and sells electronics for control and regulation. The remaining 30% of the shares will be acquired by 2028 at the latest.

NIBE Group is a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, with three main business areas: Climate Solutions, Element and Stoves. The group develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of eco-friendly, energy-efficient products for indoor climate comfort in all types of property.

LS Control A/S, founded in 1969, has customers in the ventilation and heat pump industry, as well as in medical technology, laboratory equipment and professional catering. The company has annual sales of approximately DKK 100 M. LS Control A/S will join the NIBE Element business area.

This deal strengthens the market position of both NIBE and LS Control in the market and creates new opportunities for growth and innovation. We congratulate both parties on the deal!
