Wecon A/S becomes a part of InstallatørGruppen

Lund Elmer Sandager has represented the sellers of Wecon A/S with the sale to Installatørgruppen, in connection with 11 Danish installation companies that have joined the capital fund FSN Capital to establish InstallatørGruppen. InstallatørGruppen becomes one of the country’s largest companies in plumbing, fiber, electricity and ventilation and cooling systems with a total turnover of DKK 1.3 billion. The transaction is awaiting approval from the competition authorities.

Wecon A/S offers servies within network infrastructure, including fiber and copper cable installations, electrical installation, offshore fiber work, cable laying, fiber networks, etc. The company with 50 employees was established in 2003 and is owned by Michael Hjørngaard Jørgensen, Sonny Nielsen and Anders Dufour, who are all delighted to become a part of InstallatørGruppen.

InstallatørGruppen has a goal of becoming the market leader through partnerships with local installers all over Denmark with a focus on sustainable installations and energy efficiency.
