The Finnish listed company Solteq Plc has agreed to purchase the entire share capital of TM United A/S. Lund Elmer Sandager´s Partner Peter Sørensen, Partner Jacob Roesen and Attorney Sebastian Rungby advised the seller.

The Swedish listed Lagercrantz Group has acquired all shares in the Danish company NST DK A/S. NST DK A/S is a niche player in the Danish market for electrical components and electromechanics.
