Meet Laura

With a background from Copenhagen Business School and experience in the agency world, Laura now works as a digital marketing consultant at LES.
"One of the most exciting aspects of my job at LES is developing strategies and building a targeted digital presence. It’s a completely different experience compared to handling small pieces of marketing strategies for multiple clients," she explains.
Transitioning from agency work to an in-house role has given Laura the opportunity to oversee projects from start to finish. As part of a small marketing team, she experiences both freedom and responsibility, which aligns well with the trust-based work environment at LES.
"There’s always something new on the table, and we juggle many tasks at once — it’s rare that I’m working on just one specific project. We often have to switch between tasks and adapt to what comes our way," says Laura.

See Laura's profileShe enjoys the fast-paced and varied nature of her work where she and her team continuously collaborate to determine the best approach.
"We figure out together who takes on which tasks, but we also step in to support each other, ensuring we create the strongest results as a team," she says.
The close collaboration and high level of responsibility make Laura feel engaged and valued in her role as a digital marketing consultant.
"There’s always room for dialogue — both within our team and across the firm. And because I come from a different background, I’m encouraged to ask questions and suggest new approaches," she shares.
Working in legal marketing has also made Laura more aware of the importance of credibility and trust at LES, which sets unique requirements for marketing strategies.
"At LES, it’s not about selling a product. It’s about building trust and fostering relationships, which adds a whole new dimension to digital marketing," she explains.
With responsibility for channels like Google, LinkedIn, and LES’ website, Laura’s work is now much more focused on branding and brand awareness — or as she jokingly puts it, "more fluffier KPIs."
