Meet Kenneth
"Insolvency is a generalist’s specialty," Kenneth explains, highlighting how the work provides insight into a wide range of business law areas.
"As an attorney in Insolvency, I handle litigation, real estate sales and corporate transactions — but with the added dimension that everything happens within bankruptcy estates." It was this unique combination of specialization and generalist skills that initially attracted Kenneth to insolvency law.
Kenneth appreciates the diversity of tasks, which keeps his work engaging.
"A typical week can involve management liability investigations, litigation preparation, case reviews at the office and visits to the probate court or bankruptcy estates, where we secure and register assets. It’s a great balance between desk work and practical fieldwork where I get to meet people," he says.

"We have a strong professional network where we exchange insights and meet for social events," he explains, emphasizing how this sense of community enhances both job satisfaction and professional development.
For Kenneth, a healthy work-life balance is essential, and he values that LES recognizes and respects life outside of work.
