FCA Italy S.p.A. divests FCA Denmark A/S to K.W. Bruun Import A/S

FCA Denmark A/S is formerly part of the Stellantis Group following the recent merger between PSA Group and the FCA Group.

The K.W. Bruun Group is one of the largest importers and distributors of cars in Scandinavia. With the purchase of FCA Denmark A/S, K. W. Bruun Import A/S will be the importer and distributor of eight automobile brands: Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Mitsubishi, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo and Jeep.  

With this deal, K.W. Bruun Import A/S will be the most important partner of the Stellantis Group in Denmark, and both parties look much forward to the future partnership benefitting mutually from the massive experience in their respective fields. The deal was closed on 30 April 2022 after obtaining approval from the Danish Competition Authority. Lund Elmer Sandager is proud to have assisted long term client, FCA Group, with the transaction.
