Lund Elmer Sandager assists Cibicom A/S with the acquisition of Telpartner A/S, including its Swedish subsidiary Telpartner Sverige AB
Agilitas-backed Cibicom has acquired all shares in Danish Telpartner. Telpartner specialises in DAS solutions (Distributed Antenna Systems), which is used for indoor mobiles services. Cibicom is leading in digital transmission, data infrastructure and communication in Denmark and is the nationwide transmitter of digital terrestrial TV and radio.
With the acquisition, completed on 11 March 2022, Cibicom strengthens its position as the leading Danish communication supplier even further, ensuring high quality indoor mobile signal. Telpartner will continue to operate under its own name.
