Lund Elmer Sandager represents Ricoh in the acquisition of Quadient’s graphics activities
During this summer, Ricoh has acquired the graphics activities in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland of the France-based, global enterprise Quadient.
Ricoh and Quadient initiated the collaboration earlier this year to enable Print Service Providers (PSPs) and enterprises to make a smooth transition into marketing service provision for large scale campaigns. Quadient is listed in compartment B of Euronext Paris (QDT) and is part of the CAC® Mid & Small and EnterNext® Tech 40 indices.
With the acquisition, Ricoh strengthens its market position as a leading provider of digital services, information management, print and imaging solutions and is now a complete end-to-end supplier for the graphics industry.
Lund Elmer Sandager advised Ricoh on the acquisition. The team was led by Partner Morten Schwartz Nielsen and included Legal Advisor Daniel Kim Rasmussen.
