Presto Brandsäkerhet AB (“Presto”) has acquired the fast-growing First-8, a market leader in first aid in Denmark. The acquisition establishes Presto on the Danish market with a platform providing customers protection against fire and accidents throughout the Nordics. Presto is the Nordic region's largest fire protection and safety training company, helping companies create secure environments for people with advice, training, protection products and world-class service.

Lund Elmer Sandager has represented the sellers of Wecon A/S with the sale to Installatørgruppen, in connection with 11 Danish installation companies that have joined the capital fund FSN Capital to establish InstallatørGruppen. InstallatørGruppen becomes one of the country’s largest companies in plumbing, fiber, electricity and ventilation and cooling systems with a total turnover of DKK 1.3 billion. The transaction is awaiting approval from the competition authorities.

Hartmanns A/S has been acquired by one of the largest independent staffing companies in Europe, Actief Group, backed by Gilde Equity Management. With the acquisition, Actief Group expands their activities to the Danish market, strengthening their strong European market position even further.
