Agilitas-backed Danoffice IT has entered an agreement to acquire Conecto, a successful, Danish IT company. Danoffice IT will take over Conecto's existing portfolio, customers, and 60 employees in Denmark.

1KOMMA5°, a rapidly growing startup based in Hamburg specializing in climate-neutral power supply solutions, has successfully acquired the Danish activities of Viasol, a Danish leading provider of solar and energy storage solutions for the private market.

Lund Elmer Sandager has represented the sellers of Wecon A/S with the sale to Installatørgruppen, in connection with 11 Danish installation companies that have joined the capital fund FSN Capital to establish InstallatørGruppen. InstallatørGruppen becomes one of the country’s largest companies in plumbing, fiber, electricity and ventilation and cooling systems with a total turnover of DKK 1.3 billion. The transaction is awaiting approval from the competition authorities.
