Proposed law for sexual harassment is now presented
In March 2022, the former government and labor market parties entered into a three-party agreement that, among other things, aims to strengthen efforts against sexual harassment in Danish workplaces. However, several initiatives to combat sexual harassment in the workplace require amendments to both the Equal Treatment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Vocational Education Laws, which have now been formally presented in a proposed law on February 1st, 2023.

Wecon A/S becomes a part of InstallatørGruppen
Lund Elmer Sandager has represented the sellers of Wecon A/S with the sale to Installatørgruppen, in connection with 11 Danish installation companies that have joined the capital fund FSN Capital to establish InstallatørGruppen. InstallatørGruppen becomes one of the country’s largest companies in plumbing, fiber, electricity and ventilation and cooling systems with a total turnover of DKK 1.3 billion. The transaction is awaiting approval from the competition authorities.
