Groupe Baelen, a prominent French investment firm known for its extensive acquisition portfolio, has made a significant move into the Nordic market with the acquisition of Mouldshop A/S and MouldPro ApS, as well as a UK entity. Mouldshop A/S and MouldPro ApS are recognized leaders in the European moulding supplies sector.

Since its inception in 2003, Groupe Baelen has successfully completed over 50 acquisitions. This latest venture marks its first investment in Denmark.

This acquisition not only strengthens Groupe Baelen’s position in the European market but also adds to its diverse portfolio of market leaders across various sectors.
