Hartmanns A/S has been acquired by one of the largest independent staffing companies in Europe, Actief Group, backed by Gilde Equity Management. With the acquisition, Actief Group expands their activities to the Danish market, strengthening their strong European market position even further.

Hartmanns is a successful, Danish HR provider based in Ballerup that offers specialist competencies within several HR areas including temporary employment, recruitments, work environment, stress-preventive efforts and dismissals and exit-strategies. The company is number three temporary staffer in Denmark in terms of size.

Gilde Equity Management-backed Actief Group with headquarters in Belgium delivers the professional link between supply and demand on the labor market. Actief now operates in five European countries.

Current CEO of Hartmanns, Anne-Mette Ravn, will lead Actief’s operations in Denmark, and she is very excited to join the Actief Group and further build the Danish operations as one of the leading HR service companies in Denmark.
