Meet Kira

With a focus on both people and business, Kira has stepped into her role as Head of HR at Lund Elmer Sandager with a strong emphasis on relationships, well-being, and a sustainable workplace culture.

As the new Head of HR, Kira is focused on creating frameworks where well-being, development, and high professionalism go hand in hand. With previous experience from partner-led organisations, she understands what it takes to ensure both human and business sustainability in a fast-paced industry.

"I thrive in environments with high pace and ambitious colleagues, where I can be close to both the business and the employees in everyday matters,” Kira explains.

Kira describes her approach to HR as inclusive and holistic:

"What I value the most is collaboration and dialogue with employees and leaders. I enjoy sparring, informal conversations, and having a finger on the pulse of the organisation. It is the relationships and daily contact that give me energy,” she says.

Kira appreciates the broad scope of the HR role and the opportunity to combine strategic and hands-on tasks in her everyday work.

“I gain the most energy from tasks where I work closely with people and where we find solutions that add value for both the individual and the organisation. That can be anything from well-being conversations and onboarding to leadership sparring and bringing structure to new HR initiatives.”

Although Kira has only been at LES for a short time, she is already looking forward to further developing the firm’s HR efforts.
