Lund Elmer Sandager strenghtens position in Legal 500 rankings

12 Apr 2019
The prestigious, international rating agency Legal 500 has just published this year's rankings, where they recommend Lund Elmer Sandager in six categories: Corporate / M&A, Employment, Insolvency, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Construction and Information Technology. Within these categories, Legal 500 also recommends 16 attorneys personally.

It is a great acknowledgment that the insolvency department again ranks in Tier 2, where Christian B. Elmer, Nete Weber and Torsten Vagn Hansen distinguish themselves with special key competencies within bankruptcy, reconstruction and arrangements with creditors.

Corporate, commercial and M&A move forward from Tier 4 to Tier 3, e.g. as a result of a number of M&A transactions for larger companies made in recent years. In this category Jacob Roesen, David Frølich, Carsten Brink and Nicolai Fløe Jørgensen are recommended.

Following several remarkable cases, Lund Elmer Sandager joins as new in the category "Information Technology", where we enter directly into Tier 3 with personal recommendations of Claus Spangenberg and Torsten Hylleberg.

Three departments are recommended in Tier 4, respectively Dispute Resolution, Employment and Real Estate and Construction.

Clients say the following about Lund Elmer Sandager: 'Speaks in a language that clients can understand' and 'always responds swiftly and are available when needed'.

All in all, a satisfactory progress for Lund Elmer Sandager, which harmonizes with the office's activities in the past year.
