Danoffice IT acquires Npvision Group who specializes in buying and selling used IT equipment. Danoffice IT sells IT-solutions to international organizations and private companies. The company employs more than 120 people and last year it reached a turnover of more than one billion DKK. There are high expectations for the realization of synergies followed by the acquisition.

On 22 January 2020, the transaction between the owners of Scott/Tiger and IT Relation was satisfyingly closed with the purpose of creating a new constellation between Scott/Tiger and Miracle42 which IT Relation bought in August 2019.

Businessman and IT investor Mr Stig Hølledig is among the investors in the Danish tech company UserTribe, which received DKK 34 million DKK in a round of investment and is predicted to be the next large Danish growth comet.

Lagercrantz Group AB acquires G9 Landskab, Park & Byrum including Came Denmark. G9 develops, designs and supplies products for park and urban environments including products such as automatic height-adjustable bollards and barriers and products for water and wetlands. G9 has strong market positions within its product areas and works directly with customers in direct channels, architects’ offices, park management and municipalities.

With the sale, DKT A/S has become a part of the German BTV Multimedia GmbH, which is owned by the oldest equity fund in Germany, the listed Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. With its international set-up, DKT A/S will contribute to the group’s overall growth on the international market.
