Agilitas-backed Cibicom has acquired all shares in Danish Telpartner. Telpartner specialises in DAS solutions (Distributed Antenna Systems), which is used for indoor mobiles services. Cibicom is leading in digital transmission, data infrastructure and communication in Denmark and is the nationwide transmitter of digital terrestrial TV and radio.

Fable Media is a global, leading affiliate business in online and mobile gambling with headquarters in Copenhagen. Future Gaming Group International is a company listed on the Spotlight Stock Market in Sweden that invests in and develops services within lead generation – also called affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing.

PMG has, together with SMD Group and Double Down Media, sold its assets, which include the subsidiaries Voonix, Matching Visions and Traffic Grid, to Swedish based Acroud. Acroud is a leading global player in iGaming and has been listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market since June 2018.

The environment and logistics group Reconor acquires the environmental company Sten & Grus Prøvestenen and thereby strengthens its presence in the Copenhagen area, just as the acquisition provides opportunities for the development of new business areas. Reconor already has areas at Prøvestenen in Copenhagen, but with the acquisition, Reconor is adding an extra 75,000 square meters.

The pan-European private equity firm, Agilitas, signs agreement to acquire TenCate Advanced Armour Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries, a global leading manufacturer of lightweight protection solutions for land vehicles, aircraft, naval vessels and personal protection. TenCate Advanced Armour develops, tests and manufactures armour products in its facilities in Denmark, France and the US.

Danoffice IT acquires Npvision Group who specializes in buying and selling used IT equipment. Danoffice IT sells IT-solutions to international organizations and private companies. The company employs more than 120 people and last year it reached a turnover of more than one billion DKK. There are high expectations for the realization of synergies followed by the acquisition.

On 22 January 2020, the transaction between the owners of Scott/Tiger and IT Relation was satisfyingly closed with the purpose of creating a new constellation between Scott/Tiger and Miracle42 which IT Relation bought in August 2019.
